Due to popular demand,

The Somewhat Occasional
Riverdale Paul Bunyan Championship

is now a recurring event.
The next match in the series will be held on

Date to be announced -- from 1:00 to 6:00 pm

Format - Two 2-man teams going head-to-head on 2"x4" stakes. Each team will either consist of one iron sight shooter and one optics shooter, or all shooters will have similar sights. Teams will be picked at random.
Entry fee is $3 for each shooter per run.

First team to cut their "log" in half gets $8. Shoot as many times as you wish (or until we run out of 2x4s).

Equipment: Any safe centerfire handgun. Maximum of ten rounds in all mags.
Start position either at the low ready or from the holster, mags on the table or from the belt (shooter's choice).

WARNING: This is an "ammunition intensive" activity.
Bring lots of magazines and don't bring ammo boxes....bring ammo buckets!

No pre-registration required. Just show up anytime and take your chances.
